Complaints

Mossgate is committed to working in partnership with parents. If any parent is unhappy or concerned about any issue, you are urged to raise your concern at the earliest opportunity by talking to a member of staff. If you feel that your concern has not been dealt with satisfactorily then please contact the school office to speak with a senior leader. We find that the vast majority of concerns can be sorted out in this way and ask that parents avoid the use of social media to voice any dissatisfaction – always come and talk to us.

If, in the unlikely event, the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, then the parent/carer should the formal complaints procedure. Details can be found under the 'Policies' section fo the website.
