Research is showing us, how our health and happiness can be boosted by doing simple things on a day-to-day basis. The Wheel of Wellbeing consists of six easy things we can all do every day to help us to feel happier and more positive.

At Mossgate, we use the Wheel of Wellbeing across our wider curriculum and regularly update our families through the newsletters regarding our latest wellbeing activities. We also take a proactive approach through our school curriculum with classes learning about their wellbeing during our whole-school 'Health & Wellbeing' units during the first half of the autumn term. In KS2, classes are taught mindfulness and mediation weekly.
