Complaints

Mossgate is committed to working in partnership with parents - 'Working together to achieve success'. If any parent is unhappy or concerned about an issue, you are urged to raise your concern at the earliest opportunity by talking to a relevant member of staff. If you feel that your concern has not been dealt with satisfactorily, then please contact the school office to speak with a senior leader. We find that the vast majority of concerns can be sorted out in this way and ask that parents avoid the use of social media to voice any dissatisfaction – as stated in the Home School Agreement you have signed.

 

In the unlikely event that the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, then the parent/carer should follow the formal complaints procedure which can be found under the 'Policies' section of the website.
