Year 6 Heart Dissection

Year 6 started their learning about the Circulatory System by dissecting hearts. This experience gave them an insight into what a heart looks like on the outside and inside which supported them in developing their understanding of the function of the heart. It was also a great opportunity for resolving any misconceptions that the children had.
