Y2 Willow Class Safer Internet Week 12.02.25

For ‘Safer Internet Week’, year two spent some time learning about the importance of keeping personal information private and making sure we don’t post or share personal information online. We discussed the difference between information that can and can’t be shared - “public or private”.

We also discussed the importance of talking to safe adults for help with anything online that we’re uncertain about. Looking at different scenarios, we suggested ways that children can protect their private information from others online.

Practising the phrase “long time online” we now understand that information shared online stays online forever, emphasising how important it is to be careful and respectful.
